Shipping
Payment is via PayPal. Item will get shipped within 1 business day after payment clears.
We ship within the continental U.S. and Canada, and outside the US as well. For international shipping please contact us.
If you purchase more than one item shipping can be combined to save on shipping costs. Insurance is additional. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession; therefore, you have the option for insurance
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Return policy
We try to make sure all of our items are accurately described. Item descriptions will denote any flaws, such as tears, frays, stains, or discoloration. If you are not satisfied with an item you can return it.
Returns are acceptable on all new items with tags only. If you would like to return an item please contact us within 7 days after you received an item. 
Please contact us if you would like to return a pre-owned item.
Items must be returned in the same condition as when sent to customer and contain all original materials included with the shipment. 
If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise will be refunded. *Please contact us prior to returning any items. You NEED to be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code before we receive an item.*
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). If an item is returned and not in the same condition as it was sent in then a full refund for the item will not be credited to you. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable!
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
